Exchange and return policy:
1- Time period for returning or exchanging purchases:
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days of the invoice date.
2- Steps for exchange or return:
Bring proof of purchase from the store .
The product must be in the same original condition as when purchased.
When returning or exchanging, all accessories and attachments received with the product must be returned in their original condition.
The customer bears the shipping costs in case of exchange and return. The return fee is 40 riyals. In case of a manufacturing defect or error in specifications, the company bears the shipping costs, provided that the product is delivered to the receiving location or the nearest location specified by the company. The company disclaims responsibility for breakage resulting from shipping.
3- Retrieval method:
The customer is entitled to a refund for the value of the returned purchase, but this does not include shipping and return costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in specifications, in which case the company will bear the shipping costs.
To refund the value of purchases made through the online store or credit card, the amount will be refunded through the customer’s bank account within a period not exceeding 15 working days, and the customer must follow up on the procedures with the operations department.
· To refund the value of purchases made by direct transfer to the company account, bank checks, or STCpay, the amount will be refunded through the customer’s bank account within a period not exceeding 5 working days, and the customer must follow up on the procedures with the operations department.
The account holder's name must match the invoice holder's name.
The product must be returned to the pickup location or as specified by the company.
4 - Warranty:
The goods subject to warranty are explained in the product description. We apologize for not guaranteeing other products. The warranty is provided through the agent, and Najah Industrial Store undertakes to coordinate with the agent to cover the approved warranty, and it begins to be effective from the date of purchase mentioned in the invoice.
5- Exceptions not covered by the return or exchange policy:
Damage and malfunctions resulting from misuse and improper installation.
Special or custom orders will be processed within 24 hours of the order being placed.
