✅Purpose and uses
- Hand sand screening to remove impurities and gravel before use in concrete, brick or masonry.
- Manual use (i.e. no motor or mechanical vibration) or can be used on a fixed table/base.
- It should be simple, easy to maintain, and suitable for the workshop or site.
✅ Technical specifications
- The mesh (iron or steel wires) can be tied to a frame.
- Small hole sizes (e.g. 0.075 mm) are used in fine sand tests.
- Installation method: Welding or mechanical frame to fix the mesh inside the frame to prevent it from deviating or separating.
- It is full to facilitate the process of separating gravel from sand.
- Equipped with an external body with brake wheels for easy movement of the sieve (external base) and for storing the sifted sand.
